More turkey - but isn't that the idea about all the Thanksgiving cooking? To make enough food not to have to cook for a while?
Just carved up most of the big bird. Ate another plate of turkey gravy stuffing and sweet potato/carrot mousse flavored with clementine. The last on the plate is a bi-annual creation that changes from year to year depending on my mood and what's around the house. But it's always orange, sweet and tart. Yum.
Enough l-tryptophan to nap between snacking. Friday after the holiday is always a nothing day. Nothing scheduled. A bonus day with no name on my calendar. No commitments or projects. Nothing to do but veg. and eat.
