Maya's Bat Mitzvah Trailer

Maya's mom, Daphna, was such a joy to work with. From the moment we met her we knew that every step of this Bat Mitzvah project would be so creative, so fun. Daphna (and her daughter, Bat Mitvah, Maya, knew what they wanted for the montage - and knew we were the right team to create a montage and  mitzvah film that reflected Maya, the family and the day.

Maya wanted to narrate the story of her own life in her montage and did a fabulous job. She was so poised, so articulate, so full of love and playfulness.  We weren't allowed to film the bat mitzvah service, so we offered to film the rehearsal,  capturing Maya reading her Torah and Haftorah portions as well as her speech. Attending the rehearsal also provided us with the opportunity to chat (on camera) with her parents and brother, Gabe - who were all full of emotion as they described what it was like for each of them on the evening before this  most important day in their family's life.

We sent the family a link to the trailer we just finished of the Bat Mitzvah video just yesterday. Here's what the family had to say about it:

"WOW!  Well worth the wait!  This is absolutely FABULOUS!  Thank you so very much for the attention to detail, the incredible footage, the impecablele editing, the choice of music.  In less than 3 minutes, this trailer allows us to relive the entire event.  Every emotion we felt comes back to life.  We can't wait to see the full video, now that you wet our appetite. :)
You are Masters of your craft and a joy to work with. Thanks again."
