Allison and Daniel's wedding at The Four Seasons

Recently we were hired by a NYC bride's parents to film a stunning wedding at The Four Seasons Hotel  in Boston. The parents knew the value of a good wedding film, and expected that in a few years so would the couple. However, when the bride saw us at the rehearsal, she took the time to let us know: "I hope you don't mind that I hate videographers. It's nothing personal". We nodded and smiled - I mean, what else could we do? So after being told NOT to film getting ready or the photo shoot in the Public Gardens we decided to film this wedding from as far away from the couple and the guests as possible.

It was a gorgeous wedding - planned, created and executed by SD Events, with floral design by Winston's photography by NYC photographer (and friend of the bride's) Heather Waraksa, lighting by Suzanne B. Lowell and live music by band, SOHO.

As always, we wanted to capture every moment, while remaining mindful of the bride's cautionary words.
It took some clever thinking, but we believe we took "stealth wedding filming" to a whole new level here.

Comments from Jeanette, mother of the bride:

"Naomi and Jack are true professionals and masters of their craft. The bride and groom requested that all videography be "Not obtrusive" and this request was honored throughout the wedding day, ceremony and reception. The wedding trailer that we received shortly after the event was so beautifully done that everyone who viewed it said that it brought tears to their eyes! We are all excited to view the completed video and be able to recapture so many moments of this wonderful wedding . I would recommend GENERATIONS cinemastories to any bride and groom as well as to anyone looking for a high-quality and totally professional videographer."
