FEVER!!!

Clearly I'm playing catch up here.
I know I haven't written about Christine and Alex yet...
Even though their wedding was long ago in February '08, since we're just now finishing up their wedding film, it's still happening for us.

(We do live in something of a time warp: We're booking weddings for Summer/Fall '09; filming weddings for Summer 'o8; and finishing editing weddings from early Winter '08. Nothing like living in the past. present and future all at the same time!!)

Christine and Alex were the best: Young, fun, playful, creative with a bit of retro drama thrown in. Alex, who is very tall, dark and lean, wore 1940's formal wear. Christine, who is tiny and blond, wore a 1950's influenced bridal gown complete with fur shrug. They continued the retro theme in their first dance, the Peggy Lee classic, FEVER, and their sexy dance really heated up the dance floor.
They chose to have one of their good friends officiate at the simple but sweet ceremony and once the party started, the dance floor was full all night.

I had a lot of fun filming Christine and her girls getting their hair done at a salon earlier in the day. The ambience of the salon added the perfect touch for the transformation from casual to glamorous.
Brittany Blando and her assistant Maureen from BKB photography were the photographers and we always have a great time working alongside them.
